One assurance I want to make to all my future clients is my unwavering commitment to complete honesty. So, to be completely forthright, my initial choice to venture into the real estate world was primarily based on “convenience.” As a stay-at-home mom of three (all under four years old, mind you), I was longing for something that could occasionally free me from the confines of my own home, generate income, and grant me control over my own destiny. Naturally, I thought, "Real estate, here I come!" But then came an unexpected twist...
It wasn't until I embarked on my real estate training that I realized I had been deeply immersed in the world of real estate for the past 8-9 years! I had been accumulating real estate knowledge thanks to my partnership with my husband, which began when we were just 22 years old!!!! Before 30, we have already acquired several investment properties and are currently owning and managing multiple residential rental properties like seasoned professionals. You could say I was already quite skilled in the real estate arena.
During the course, I had a moment of realization about how much I knew – crunching numbers, understanding the intricacies of home construction, identifying lucrative opportunities in property investments, and even recognizing potential pitfalls. I could practically evaluate property values in my sleep! And what truly excites me is the prospect of diving into property management! It feels like destiny.
After I completed the course and passed the state exam, it dawned on me that this career wasn't merely a matter of "convenience." It was a calling, a vocation driven by my wealth of knowledge and an unwavering desire to make the real estate journey smoother for others. Over the past year and a half, I had the privilege of shadowing my remarkable mother-in-law, Linda Flynn at KW Upstate NY Properties. I have witnessed her absolute domination of the real estate game; This woman’s knowledge is nothing short of legendary. So, here I am, excited to join forces with her and elevate our business to new heights, all while establishing unshakable trust with our clients.
