Covering over 4,000 square miles of territory we proudly serve Chenango, Otsego, Delaware and Schoharie counties and their communities. Our agents share their knowledge, areas of expertise and influence, ensuring our clients better representation and a true competitive edge. We currently have office locations in Oneonta, Norwich, Hancock, Margaretville, Delhi, Stamford Walton and Cooperstown. We are looking forward to additional expansion into markets like Sidney.

Agent Leadership Council (ALC)

At Keller Williams we believe the best agents should be at the forefront of our company; coaching and training our agents and advising leadership on market trends. ALC also provides agent support and keeps us on current on buying and selling trends. This wealth of experience and knowledge offers the highest quality of service to sellers and buyers.

Our ALC skillfully combines over 100 years of real estate experience and customer service!


The ALC is headed by our Team Leader who provides support to the top producing agents in our company, who service the majority of buyers and sellers in our market. Under Jessica's leadership, our agents keep the emphasis on the client, working with them to ensure they have all the tools necessary to create a client experience that is unparalleled at other brokerages.


  • Cher Brundage, based out of Sidney, runs her team with an emphasis on agent growth. She is Chair of our Career Development Committee for 2025 which will have a sharp focus on teams and the opportunities agents have at KW to learn leverage.
  • Sarah Broach, based out of our Margaretville Office has a keen eye on the agent experience at KW and will help our company become the brokerage of choice for agents in the marketplace looking for the right place to hang their license.
  • Rich Santos, based in Oneonta, runs his business like a well oiled and well educated machine. Heading up our Education Committee in 2025, Rich is also building the Land and Living Team with two other pretty cool guys.
  • Anthony Heath, one half of the Paper Birch Properties Team out of Oneonta, will be heading up our Marketing + Tech Committee in 2025 with a focus on telling our agent's stories. How better to know if KW is a fit for you then knowing the good people that are here!
  • Angela Moser, out of Worcester, encompasses upstate living in her business and relies on deep relationships and good culture for success. Angela will be the Chair of our Culture Committee in 2025 because 2024 was just so good! Angela is a true servant-leader who thrives on helping the community and new agents in her coaching group.
  • Linda Flynn, based in our Cooperstown Office, has gained some influence and momentum in that market where wealth grows. As our Wealth Chair in 2025, she will be focused on bringing wealth and investment opportunities to our agents.
