Jim moved to the area 1990 and successfully developed one of the premier fly fishing resorts in the country at West Branch Angler in Hale Eddy, NY. The Hancock area was a perfect fit for his fly fishing addiction, hunting and general outdoors person. Jim established James Serio Real Estate in 1998 to use his extensive river and outdoor knowledge to help sportsman find their ideal property. Jim’s relentless 12 year fight to improve the health and trout fishing of the Delaware River paid off in a big way when the Delaware River Basin Commission adopted the new flow plan that he helped to design and develop.
