Jennifer Armstrong grew up in Phoenix, Arizona, where she attended Arizona State University
and met her husband Matthew who is from Oneonta, New York which brought her to the East
Coast 23 years ago. Living in several areas of New England including Boston, Rhode Island,
Connecticut, Vermont and now in Oneonta to be near family. Jennifer was a Broker for Sotheby’s
International Realty in Vermont and honored in 2017 as the Southern Vermont Realtor of the
Year. She also spent over a decade in the Residential Property Management field as a Senior
Business Manager, where she managed a large team and handled all aspects of operations from
budgeting, financials, hiring, marketing, and training for a National Property Management firm.
Jennifer is a licensed New York State Real Estate Agent, National Association of Realtor
Member, and has her NAR Green Designation (Environmental Sustainability in Real Estate). In
addition to selling real estate, she is deeply involved in the community and is the Finance and
Operations Manager for a local non-profit that works to improve and preserve the quality of life
in Otsego County, serves on the Oneonta Housing Commission, is Treasurer on the Board of the
Future for Oneonta Foundation, and Secretary for the Greater Plains School PTO. Jennifer has
deep roots in the community and lives in Oneonta with her husband Matthew, daughter Ellea,
and dog Lewie. Jennifer’s passions include hiking, skiing, reading a good book, cooking,
gardening, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends. Jennifer loves helping
others and helping buyers and sellers reach their financial and real estate goals. She prides
herself on communication, honesty, integrity, and helping people with the biggest investment
they will possibly make in a lifetime.
