I didn't realize just how rewarding coaching other agents would be for me. Seeing my colleagues thrive with my help is just as satisfying as helping a homeowner sell or a buyer find their dream home. I truly appreciate the opportunity to work with new agents and to set them up for the success they planned for when they went through all the hours, exams and time it took to get their license. I am committed to changing the statistics in our industry, that only 20% of new agents will remain in the business after 2 years.
