Meet the Team Leader
Jessica has been a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of New York since June of 2011. Her robust career in NYC brought years of experience in sales, customer service and most notably, agent support. From the early days of her career, working closely with her colleagues and bringing agents into opportunities with her was a perfect segue for her role with us as Team Leader today.

She offers guidance on developing a clear vision and setting realistic, measurable goals, as well as strategies for scaling businesses, improving lead generation, and increasing conversions.
She helps our real estate professionals improve their time management, communication, and negotiation skills, ensuring they are confident in client interactions and business decisions. She provides accountability, helping individuals stay on track with their goals, while also offering constructive feedback and solutions to overcome obstacles.

My 'Big Why' as you may call it, is to create an atmosphere of support but also of acceptance. Too often we face negativity, limitations and outside forces dictating the limit of what we can do- my goal is to remove that for you. In your business, in your life, you deserve a place where anything is possible and to be treated with dignity and respect. At the very least, that's what I will do for you.
